2 Part RTV Urethane Rubber
Mr Fiberglass carries 3 Urethane Mold Rubbers. Molds made of these can be used to mold plaster, waxes, cements, epoxy, polyester resin and other mediums. A release agent is required to assure easy removal of molded parts.
These mold rubbers can be cured at room temperatures.
74-30 Series
The 74-30 series creates the softest rubber. It is mixed 1:1, Part A to Part B. Working Time is 30 minutes. Hardness - Shore A: 30

Tin-Sil Silicone RTV Mold
Rubber
This is a 2 part system. This material is
used where easy release or high temperature may be an issue. Silicone molds
normally do not require a release agent. The mold used to create the silicone
mold may require a mold release wax before pouring in the silicone rubber.
The 70-25 material has a Shore A hardness of 25.

Poly Latex 60
This is a one part brush-on Latex rubber
for mold making for casting plaster, concrete & some resins. The mold is
created by brushing on multiple coatings onto the article to be duplicated. Each
coating must be allowed to cure before the next one is applied. Note: Poly Latex
